Job Description:
Business Analyst will initially be responsible for gathering and analysing market data, conducting business analysis, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. As the role evolves, the individual will transition into a Project Coordination position, overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensuring project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

• Analyse business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations with clear and concise findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of business strategies.

• Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.

• Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create visually engaging and informative presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, such as a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field (Psychology may also be considered).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn and certify in vendor technologies

• Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar and writing skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative solutions.

• Proficient in desktop research techniques and methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A background in psychology is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated work ethic with a proactive and hard-working approach.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

• Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
