Job Description: 

As a Software Services Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation through effective proposal writing, invoice identification, negotiation, and accounts receivables management. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development: 

Craft comprehensive and compelling proposals for software services, highlighting the value proposition for potential clients.Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information for proposal creation. 

Invoice Identification: 

Identify opportunities for invoicing based on project milestones, deliverables, and service agreements.Work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. 

Negotiation: 

Engage with clients to negotiate terms and conditions related to invoices.Address client concerns and collaborate with the sales team to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 

Accounts Receivables Management: 

Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely payment from clients.Implement and maintain effective invoicing and payment tracking systems. 

Revenue Optimization: 

Analyze revenue trends and propose strategies for revenue growth and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in proposal writing, invoicing, negotiation, and accounts receivables management within the software services industry. 

• Strong understanding of software services and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
