Our fees include the customised needs of our clients, the complexity of their systems, the number of users, devices, servers, and time zones. Our consultant levels are dependent on the number of years and breadth of experience.

Terms and Conditions

- Scope of work and charges on a case-by-case basis. A formal estimate will be provided after the Discovery phase completion.

- All efforts will be taken to ensure that support metrics are understood and met throughout the engagement.

- A non-disclosure agreement will be signed before the commencement of the Helpdesk engagement.

- Irish Taylor Helpdesk can cover Australia, India, UK, and USA time zones.

- Premium and Enterprise customers receive access to discount Consulting and advisory services for unrelated/bespoke applications.

The main methodology we use in our work is Agile, although they may depend on a particular project.
