Job description 


Candidates based in Bangalore (Bengaluru) India or willing to relocate to Bangalore AND from an IT Software, Product Management, and Operations background should only apply! 

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic sales expert to join our team on a rewarding journey! If you have experience in leading teams, software development project management, operations management, and client management with great communication skills - we would like to hear from you! 

We are a dynamic and growing company and we provide high-quality technology consulting, IT training solutions, and sales & marketing services across the US, India and Australia. 

Ideally, you should be an experienced Project Operations Manager who desires to work in a WFH/Hybrid startup environment and take responsibility to manage multiple projects with software developers, technology professionals and associated operations deliver projects on time. You should be well-versed and experienced across a range of technology stacks, and popular cloud platforms. 

Responsibilities & duties: 

Project Management 

  • Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion. 

  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. 

  • Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. 

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. 


Operations Management 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. 

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency. 

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as required. 


Team Leadership 

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams and cross-functional teams. 

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote productivity. 

  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and evaluate team members' performance. 

  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication channels. 

  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities. 


Client Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements. 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with clients to identify project objectives, scope, and deliverables. 

  • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively. 

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth with existing clients. 


Technology Expertise 

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various technology stacks (ie, MERN, MEAN, MEVN, etc) and popular cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc). 

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. 

  • Collaborate with software developers and technology professionals to ensure effective project execution. 

  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams when required. 

  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet project requirements. 


Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Foster effective communication across teams, departments, and stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and decision-making processes. 

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely progress reports. 

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders. 

  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors. 


Business Proposal creation: 

  • Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections 

  • Rewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents 

  • Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner 

  • Review products, services, and/or business ideas 

  • Attend meetings with the client to translate requirements into proposals

Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 

Operations Management Skills: Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. 

Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 

Client Management: Strong client management skills with the ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client expectations and address concerns. 

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, technology stacks, and popular cloud platforms. Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ability to provide technical guidance and support to teams. 

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to conduct meetings, deliver project updates, and engage with clients. 

Problem-solving and Decision-making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project issues, risks, and dependencies. Ability to make informed decisions and provide solutions to complex challenges. 

Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and client requirements. Willingness to work across multiple time zones and engage with clients in different regions. 

Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences when working with clients from different countries (Australia, USA, India). Ability to adapt communication styles and approaches to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. 

Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy. 

Problem-solving Attitude: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements. 

Resilience and Stress Management: Ability to handle pressure, manage stress, and maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations. Resilience in dealing with setbacks and ability to find alternative solutions. 

Qualifications/experience required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

  • Proven experience in project management, operations management, and client management roles. 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. 

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. 

  • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 

  • Technical expertise and understanding of various technology stacks, software development lifecycle, and popular cloud platforms. 

  • Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in project management and operations management. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment. 

  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of working with clients and teams from different countries and regions, including Australia, USA, and India. 

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are a plus. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements, client needs, and organizational priorities.
