Job Overview 

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic sales expert to join our team on a rewarding journey! If you have experience in leading teams, software development project management, operations management, and client management with great communication skills - we would like to hear from you!  

As a Custom Software Solutions Project Coordinator at Irish Taylor Private Limited, you will play a dual role in bridging the gap between our clients' business requirements and our development team while also overseeing project management activities. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, analyzing processes, creating business workflow documentation, and ensuring seamless project execution. To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced with the MEAN stack, mobile application technologies such as React Native. You would ideally have over 2 years experience as a pre-sales, or Business Analyst, and Project coordinator in custom software development services to clients in India and overseas. You should also have experience in Proof-of-Concept POC demos to clients, so excellent communication, and clear analytical thinking is required. 

Experience sought: 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements for custom software solutions. 

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 

  • Develop comprehensive business workflow documentation to illustrate current and proposed processes. 

  • Conduct POC demos to clients, and stakeholder engagement as part of your work. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables. 

  • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. 

  • Collaborate with software developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and assist in the development process. 

  • Oversee project management activities, including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and risk management. 

  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that the developed software aligns with client expectations and business objectives. 

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the development lifecycle. 

  • Assist in the creation of project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. 

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and a solid communicator across multiple teams, clients, and time-zones. 

 

Responsibilities 

Project Management  

  • Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.  

  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.  

  • Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.  

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.  

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.  

  

Operations Management  

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.  

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.  

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows.  

  • Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as required.  

  

Team Leadership  

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams and cross-functional teams.  

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote productivity.  

  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and evaluate team members' performance.  

  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication channels.  

  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.  

  

Client Management  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements.  

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.  

  • Collaborate with clients to identify project objectives, scope, and deliverables.  

  • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively.  

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth with existing clients.  

  

Technology Expertise  

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various technology stacks (ie, MERN, MEAN, MEVN, etc) and popular cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc).  

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.  

  • Collaborate with software developers and technology professionals to ensure effective project execution.  

  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams when required.  

  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet project requirements.  

  

Communication and Collaboration:  

  • Foster effective communication across teams, departments, and stakeholders.  

  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and decision-making processes.  

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely progress reports.  

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.  

  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.  

  

Business Proposal creation:  

  

  • Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections  

  • Rewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents  

  • Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner  

  • Review products, services, and/or business ideas  

  • Attend meetings with the client to translate requirements into proposals  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in custom software development service projects. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies. 

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 

  • Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
