Job Description:

Irish Taylor is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in health tech and AI/ML applications. We are seeking a talented Technical Course Author & AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for creating a technical course on ChatGPT and generative AI while also having the opportunity to work on AI and Machine Learning applications in the health tech sector.

Technical Course Authoring Responsibilities (Months 1-3):

​

• Course Content Development: Develop a comprehensive technical course on ChatGPT and generative AI, tailored to technical professionals, including the creation of engaging lectures, labs, and practical exercises.

• Curriculum Design: Design a structured curriculum that covers the fundamentals of ChatGPT, the practical use of ChatGPT via API, and real-world applications in business settings.

• Lab and Practical Creation: Develop hands-on labs and practical assignments to reinforce learning objectives, ensuring that participants gain practical experience with ChatGPT.

• Assessment and Feedback: Design assessments and evaluation methods to measure participants' understanding and progress, and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with advancements in ChatGPT and generative AI to ensure the course content remains relevant and current.

AI/ML Development Responsibilities

(Months 4+):

​

• Project Development: Collaborate with our AI/ML team to design, develop, and maintain health tech and health-related AI/ML applications, including data preprocessing, model development, and deployment.

• Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

• Algorithm Development: Create and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve specific healthcare challenges, such as disease prediction, image analysis, or patient care optimization.

• Model Evaluation: Perform rigorous testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical considerations.

• Deployment and Integration: Deploy AI/ML models into our healthcare applications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

•  Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

•  Familiarity with ChatGPT and generative AI concepts is a plus.

•  Excellent communication and presentation skills for course authoring.

•  Proven experience in developing and delivering technical courses.

•  Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

•  Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or AI/ML in a related industry is advantageous.
