Job Description: 


We are seeking a skilled HR and Admin who will be working in the HR team, along with our Director and Clients in the recruitment space and work in designing various job descriptions, understanding client’s requirement for resources, posting jobs on various platforms, checking and sourcing resumes from our databank, preparing and scheduling interviews of candidates with clients. 




  • You will work for internal as well as external hirings for clients. 

  •  Shortlist and review candidates 

  •  Daily reports on recruitment progress, sharing CVs internally and to clients 

  •  Calling and screening candidates 

  •  Managing databases of resumes per position and saving them on relevant folder.  

  • You will also be available out of office hours for various coordination with candidates, as and when required and for replying to emails from clients, candidates, and management.  

  • You will improve and accelerate your learning as part of your job 

  • Sanitising CVs and editing them in prescribed CV templates 

  • You will be required to conduct Recruitment and screening of technical staff.  

  • You will assist with Project Management (Create technical documents, project plans etc.).  

  • You will assist with proposal writing and estimates on all technical projects where required. You will also be expected to conduct training and orientation for technical staffs. 

  • Develop training and onboarding material 

  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for) 

  • Keeping focus on time management skills to ensure that all work is in progress and objectives met 

  • Work independently on Saturdays and email detailed updates every Saturday to the HR team as a handover each week. 

  • Daily EOD updates to the Management 




  • Experience using spreadsheets 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills 

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role. 

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) 

  • Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration. 

  • An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams. 

  • Good organizational abilities. 

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times. 

  • Good problem-solving skills. 

  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment process. 



BCA, B-Tech background (CSE-preferred) 

No. Of. Experience- 1 to 2 years  

Working days- Tuesday to Saturday 


Location of applicants:  Bangalore, Madurai and Hosur
