Job Summary:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
 

1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping 

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions. 

• Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). 
   

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis 

• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. 

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 

• Generate financial reports for management review. 
   

3. Compliance & Auditing 

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. 
   

4. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring 

• Support budget preparation and expense tracking. 

• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. 
   

5. Payroll & Taxation Support 

• Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations. 

• Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations as required. 
   

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

 

Technical Skills:  

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems). 

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws. 

 

Soft Skills:  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT service environment. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certification in accounting (CA Inter, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
