Job Summary: 

​

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer & Graphic Designer to join our team at Irish Taylor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing online presence by creating engaging, high-quality visual content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This position involves designing Wix websites, graphics, producing short-form video content, developing social media strategies, and managing platform interactions to increase brand awareness and engagement. The role requires a candidate with strong graphic design skills, video editing experience, and knowledge of social media best practices. Key Responsibilities: 

​

1. Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for social media posts, stories, reels, websites (Wix), etc. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and a visually appealing aesthetic. 

2. Content Creation for Reels and Posts: Develop, design, and execute creative social media content, especially for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 

3. Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing social media strategies to boost engagement, grow followers, and promote brand awareness. 

4. Video Editing: Edit videos and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality production. 

5. Platform Management: Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and tracking performance. 

6. Campaign Support: Support broader digital marketing campaigns by contributing to visual design and helping execute promotional strategies. 

7. Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for optimizing engagement and reach. 

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field. 

2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design and content creation. 

3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms. 

4. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) for creating and editing reels. 

5. Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and best practices for content creation and audience engagement. 

6. Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and creativity. 

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

8. Prior experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media platform analytics is a plus.
