Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and possess sharp business acumen and a track record of managing multiple departments for peak productivity. Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and ensure that it aligns with the goals and objectives.
• Driving data-oriented analysis, staying up to date with technologies and processing improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
• Oversee the daily operations of the teams, ensure smooth execution of projects on timely basis.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards
• Identify areas for process improvement within the operations team and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Manage and work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that services are delivered to meet their expectations. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, operational performance, and key metrics for senior management.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an operations executive/specialist/manager or any similar role in a service-based company.
• Experience of working with US based clients.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
• Aptitude in conflict management and business negotiation.
• Familiarity with business productivity software; ability to quickly adapt to new applications.
