Job Summary: 

​

We are seeking a talented and driven Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. You will have the option to work either with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js).  

The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, modern development practices, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and performance.

Responsibilities: 

​

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.  

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MEAN stack.  

• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following modern JavaScript/TypeScript standards.  

• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to improve application performance and scalability.  

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices.  

• Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and refactoring.  

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and work with GraphQL where required.  

• Integrate third-party services and APIs to ensure seamless functionality.  

• Implement caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) to improve application performance.  

• Collaborate with database teams to design and optimize schemas and queries.  

• Ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity.  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.  

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.  

• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. 

 
Qualifications and Skills required: 

​

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Angular.   

• Hands-on experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).  

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, OS, networking).  

• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.  

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  

• Ability to design scalable and production-ready applications. 

• Familiarity with AI-based tools for coding, testing, or productivity (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor). 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 

• Self-driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
