Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for legal and technology services.

  • Acquisition of new clients

  • Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels

  • Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives

  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and results.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

  • Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
     

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on how our services can address their specific challenges and goals.

  • Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction
     

Product and Service Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's legal and technology services, including compliance, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and legal counsel.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to position our services effectively in the market.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal counsel, technology specialists, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Coordinate with legal and technology teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet client requirements and address specific needs.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, client feedback, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with experience selling custom software development services, technology solutions, cybersecurity or related offerings.

  • Strong understanding of legal and technology concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
